1964: Dir. Jørn Ove Hansen. I 1964-65 afholdt Shouts Club, Lions og SOS-Klubben en række større arrangementer på ’Industrien’. I sommeren 1968 forsøgte bestyrelsen af fjerne en hotelklausul fra ejendommen. Handelsbanken købte stedet samme år. 1. juni 1969 åbnede stedet nyrestaureret og med navnet Grand Hotel Falsterhus.
